if you scroll down to the bottom of the blog page, you'll see a country's flag with an arrow next to it. Click on that and select the country that you're from to get the survey in your desired language. Edit: Turns out something unintentional is going on with the survey when it reloads in a different language like you mentioned. We're working on adjusting it to not switch languages on you afterwards.
And yes, #1 is the pack you want the most. Rank them in order of most to least wanted :)
