Werewolf Fate/Love System?
I love this pack, but I don't love the fated mate system and there seems to be no way around it unless you never flirt (autonomously or not) with another werewolf. I have a serial romantic weresim...

The way this is working if Maxis wrote those books it would be the first werewolf they smelled. They should know they've found the 'one' from that first whiff, but they shouldn't catch that scent from the first werewolf they sniff. I wanted Lou to be my werewolf's fated mate, so I made sure to not let her alone at any point before she flirted with Lou. Right on cue, she flirted with him, and she had him. No other attempts at romance with any other werewolf and I was able to pick her fated mate. It shoudn't work like that. She should need to hunt for her mate to discover who it is. It's not fated if she can force it to be whoever she chooses it to be.
I just meant, maybe they read that too. But I agree with what your saying. I like the idea of looking for my fated mate. But I think there should be a way to challenge it.
