What’s your preferred lot size for residential lots?

This is one of those details that most simmers seem to have a distinct preference.  A 30x20 is my preference. I rarely have more than three sims in any household in my rotation. The really big lot...

Since I only play one family and usually have several generations living together I prefer the larger lots. My current homestead is in Chestnut Ridge. It's a 64 x64 ranch and I love it. Plenty of room for gardening, a pool, play area for the grandkids, stables and training area, and space for my farm animals.

For me , I do not know what to put in big lots, cannot fill them 🙂

    Actually this is the first time I've played on a lot this large. I usually go with the 40x30 or 50x50.

      I like playing on 30 x 20 lots 🙂 They are not too big but not too small at the same time.
