Agh . Waited all day for the pack and now I can't get it to work lol There is washing in the basket, I have bought a washing machine and dryer.... I click on the washing and it says no available...

Same! Mine was the shelf with the hangers on it. It was just a bit too low apparently. Also one of my baskets had it's arrow facing the wall, so I could not access the clothes from that bin. I just turned it and all is well now.
