Painter had one where a time traveler visited my painter and asked her to paint him a self portrait.
I had her accept and on the way home from work she saw her painting on billboards around town advertising a Laandgrab business. Seems the time traveler came forward in time to get the portrait, then went back in time to use it for advertising that made my Painter sim much more famous instantly due to time paradox of the portrait existing before she even painted it.
She got +2 Fame for it, was a huge bump, because she was only at fame level 1 when it occurred.
