What does this exclemation mark mean

Strange, I don't believe I've seen that before. My guess would be a typo. The number 1 and the exclamation point both share the same key. Shift you've got ! no shift you've got 1. Other than that I have no clue.

Well, thank you, all for helping me understand just what it was, too. :)

In my game the BetterBuildBuy Mod (or T.O.O.L, I'm not 100% sure which one it was) from Twisted Mexi is the cause of these. When I put the Mod out, then the exclamation marks are gone. I even asked Twisted Mexi on Discord, and they said, that they can't do anything about it. They are aware of it but they can't fix it.

It's one or more of your mods... Maybe a custom food mod?

I believe its a food mod or part of MCCC. Mine does the ! for the things that you can buy multiples of ...like staples, red meat, sugar, flour, eggs, etc... it doesn't happen for things like fruits and veggies and fish that I catch.
