I got two saves that I play, and in both, Newcrest is full.
In Save one, Bridgeview is community lots (there is one residential) Ridgeline Drive, it's all residential, save for one community lot. And the Llama Lagoon is also residential, save for one community lot.
In Save Two, Bridgeview is Residential, Llama Lagoon is all community lots, Ridgeline Drive is Residential, save for one community lot.
In Save one, Bridgeview is community lots (there is one residential) Ridgeline Drive, it's all residential, save for one community lot. And the Llama Lagoon is also residential, save for one community lot.
