I am one of those simmers who prefers their game to be a little more uniform. I like it when houses in a certain neighbourhood match their styles. So far i've completed San Myshuno, Willow Creek and Oasis Springs and am working on Magnolia Promenade.I am completely stuck on what to build. What style of shop would go there?! I've tried multiple different styles and nothing seems to fit the area.If anyone could post pictures of their Magnolia Promenades for inspiration that would be amazing, i'm just so stuck at the moment!Thank you, - Simmer Of England x

@SimmerOfEngland,For the longest time I didnt play in Magnolia but I finally got around to rebuilding.Mine's got:- Massive four level Gym- Seafood restaurant (with aquarium walls as my pièce de résistance ;) )- Italian restaurant with an underground cinema for date nights/group outings- Lounge bar with bowling and skatinghttps://i.imgur.com/1t2Iuu4.jpg

I have one of the restaurants from EA there. Usually I'm a person who also likes to match houses to their surroundings but the restaurant doesn't really match so I might build a new one in the style of the big retail lot with the bricks and white windows.

Originally I built shops there in the New Orleans style (to fit the surrounds), but I could never get enthusiastic about the place. It always looked half-dead. I have now decided to reserve this district for my public buildings like the gym, library, art center and museum, so that I can free up those lots in my other neighborhoods and use them for something more interesting. I am about halfway through the reconstruction. I am using a simple, contemporary, but homely style.

Ooh nice! I like the idea of an entertainment district - I'll probably do that :sweat_smile: When Cats and Dogs comes out i'll make one of them a pet shop - i feel like it would be cute in the surroundings.
