To add to this thoughtful list, when you take your Sims on a date to a restaurant, the interaction to socialize about food is also found under Friendly>Interests. I had to search and search, and it nearly frustrated me to the point where I almost quit the game for the day. I do have to say, with time, this reorganization will prove helpful, but until we all get used to it, it's a bit of a nightmare. I knew I had to click Friendly so many times to find the Deep conversation that is also required during dates.
