I always forget that I can choose an aspiration at the creation of my Sims just to get a trait and then change it later. So for example by choosing a Knowledge based aspiration a Sim will be created with the Quick Learner trait which they will keep, even after changing aspirations. I'm always forgetting about it and it's a really handy trait to have to boost skill gain.🤦
The skill that I keep forgetting about is the Baking skill! With Cooking and Gourmet Cooking I always forget the third skill until I'm looking for Banana Cream pie or Mushroom Quiche and realise my Sim doesn't have the Baking skill. 🥧
I'd forgotten that also. Then again I haven't created any new playable Sims in CAS in years.😄
Except for the one I played for a couple of days after R&L released.
Charisma . for some reason, don't know why.
Doctor and police are the two careers I always seem to forget about. I think I've only had one sim in each of those. Police I know for sure I've only had one, right after GtW came out.

I frequently forget about the photography skill, and I I have never purposely had a sim work on the DJ skill. In terms of careers I often forget about Secret Agent and Astronaut, as well as the freelancer careers. I also rarely have musician sims unless they need it for the career aspiration, or the child creativity aspiration. I can;'t remember the last time I used the Media Production skill (which I forgot about until I googled a list of skills just now).
I always forget the University student organisations.
