What is causing this? (photo)

Any ideas on what would cause this? I do not have any mods or CC in my game, and this is a new game (started today).

  • Yikes, talk about a sweater curse!

Well spotted @luciusstorm, and within 2 minutes, that's impressive.

Yikes! The last time I saw a bug like that it was the bad TS3 cc that caused the stretchy babies! This is the base game belted cardigan, though. There’s a bug report on Answers HQ if you want to “Me Too” it.

  • Thank you, everyone, for your answers. At least I can fix this, with that sim,
  • I'm having the same issue. And it looks like it might be the same sim. Mine had a ponytail too.
  • I've seen it debated before, I think someone called it Spaghetti arms glitch, perhaps searching spaghetti will bring up some info.
  • I've had this occur with that particular sweater. It is a glitch in the actual game. I actually went through all my cc, piece by piece, and discovered that it is still a problem with no cc at all, in a brand new game. Too bad as it's a sweater I use a lot for my elders. I just switched my sims into different sweaters until the issue gets fixed.
