In my game, he wound up being good friends with my main sim after he came to reap a guest on Winterfest. My sim successfully bribed him with a death flower, but Grim didn’t leave so he gave him a Winterfest gift. That caused them to go to friends pretty quickly, and my sim could call him to chat, could invite him over, and would actually phone prank him on prank day. I never checked his traits, though. Unfortunately, I had to migrate my game to a new save, so that relationship no longer exists. I might need to fix that.
