I really like the idea of creating a Hostel for my sim to run given the plethora of sims the game generates to visit a lot. Also thinking of building a PC/Internet Cafe for sims to visit, a private gym, and a winery.
This reminds me I downloaded a lot years ago that was made to look like a dragon, it had a few bedrooms, a living room, and a place set up as a bar. Adding a kiosk to that I could use it as a hotel/bar so it costs my sims money to sleep there.. I sure hope kiosks can be used without owning the place. I try not to cheat with most of my sims. It just makes the game more enjoyable to me.
