CHAT, I need help. So as a relatively new simmer (2ys>), I've gotten pretty much recently on the packs thing. But now I face my hardest battle yet, I'd like to buy both growing together and parenthood, but it seems that I don't have enough funds for the double purchase (a simmer's downfall) so now I have to pick between one and the other....
Which one should I buy first???

There's a summer sale right now. Parenthood. Can get both for less than cost of Growing Together Expansion without sale. Parenthood is $14 and Growing Together $20.

Absolutly make the most of the sale!! I have been a simmer for about 12 years or more! I can't lie whilst I love parenthod, since growning together came out it just felt a bit dated to me and missing things that growing together just had. Don't get me wrong there are glitches (its the sims 4 :S ) however I find myself gravitating to it more than Parenthood nowdays. But thats not to say either packs are great additons and whatever your budget go with !! HAPPY SIMMING!!

Definitely wait for a sale. If you have waited this long. If you could still only buy one I would go with growing together. I do really like parenthood.
But I love milestones, San Sequoia, midlife crisis, self discovery(ability to have three extra traits), treehouses, recreation centers, and events that growing together brings.
parenthood is good, but after all these years, the only things I still use all the time pack lunches, timeouts, school projects, doctor playset and volunteering. everything else is only sometimes.

Both packs are great, but I definitely agree that if you have to choose one, you’d get a lot more from Growing Together. As well as the other things that have been mentioned, there’s some really nice BB, and then there’s all the infant stuff … I still just adore watching infants change and develop through all the different stages and get their milestones! The animations are brilliantly done. Though it can be hard work at times, especially if you have several kids/twins (just like in real life!), so be warned 🙂

cazthemaster Growing Together. You get a world and a lot more with an expansion pack and it still supports generational/family gameplay.
They'd both be on sale until July 10.
