I'm considering the party kit too, but the other kits you mentioned I'm not interested in, so I can't really say much about them. I have heard simtimates is good, but I'm okay with the underwear I have in my game already.
I'm considering party essentials, greenhouse haven, modern luxe, industrial loft and courtyard oasis 🤔

I have the others you mentioned and my favourite of those is modern lux. I like the style and think the bed and vanity table are great additions. Green house haven is also nice but we have other options for greenhouses as well.
Yeah we have quite many options for greenhouses already. I like the little pots and other garden clutter, but maybe it isn't worth 5€ 🤔
I really like the curtains in Modern Luxe and the floor and wallpaper look nice too. It really has a nice cohesive design.

I thought Party Essentials would be nice for decorating party community lots, but I'm unsure whether it has enough interesting/good items.
Personally, I love simtimates. The different styles and materials are a nice change from the normal stuff.
I see it as it gives my sims some personality wearing something thats bold, makes them look flirty. The lace and other material are very nice. It's one of the kits I use for sleepwear on my YA+ sims all the time.
