If you wish for love and the well is in a good mood, you get a soulmate that matches your sexual preference (if he was gay he would have gotten a man) who is already at full Friendly and Romance relationship bars. What you do with that gift is up to you. B) I'll use the well if my Sim is having trouble finding love the normal way.
