When did the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration change?

Definitely remember doing this aspiration when TS4 was brand new. I actually had fun with it and I think it made sense it was so time consuming. I mean, yeah, it gets kinda grindy, but it made being a painter more of a lifestyle rather than a quick check-box to tick off as you finish all aspirations quickly. My sim had to paint A LOT before she finished it and it did feel more like a milestone than it does now.
