When did the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration change?

Anybody remember the Writer aspiration requiring the sim to go into Writer's block? It was so random, some players got it easily, others kept trying and trying, but had no luck. Also sims immune to Tenseness from the "Carefree" reward trait would probably never even get Writer's block (it being a tense moodlet).
