I definitely remember that. My very first sim had that aspiration and it took an eternity for her to get writers block. I basically had to lock her in a room to just write, write, write and then hope she'd finally get that moodlet before she had a bladder failure, passed out from exhaustion or became too uncomfortable from being hungry.
