I'm not sure what era of history you're looking for, but this creator has some historical CAS CC, mostly medieval stuff as far as I've seen, but she does a few items from other eras as well.

Colores Urbanos does a lot of 40s-60's CC They are on both Patreon and The Sims Resource Center. Though with Patreon posts you won't really be able to see their work done unless you're a member but Their Tumblr site does show some of their Patreon exclusives.
