That is a good question. Question about the best world would be easier (I'll definately go to Windenburg and San Myshuno).

The neighborhood I like the most... I think it's Arts Quarter and Uptown in San Myshuno. I like the look of the neighborhoods and the food stalls that appear there.
Though in Windenburg I really like Lykke Centre and The Crumbling Isle. Well, I'll say Von Haunt Estate too due to that beautiful garden and that hedge maze. I'd really like to add food stalls to Lykke Centre though...
