There's a thing called 'Berry Sims' that people play. They're basically sims that have colourful skin, hair, eyes, clothes etc.
I'm doing the 'Not So Berry' challenge, which is basically a colourful challenge for people who don't play Berry sims. I've kinda combined them, so my sim is "descended" from Berry sims, which is why she's so colourful, but isn't actually one.
It's not actually a Sims feature, just fun fan created stuff.
