The first one is super cute, but I actually think the second one looks better alongside your sim! They're a cute couple! I vote #2 :)

I like number 2 

He looks a lot happier in the first one , so I choose her, even though the second one is cuter. In the second picture he almost looks, dare I say, bored.

I don't think you can choose a soul mate based on looks alone, but if we must choose then I vote for number 2 simply because the first sim has the wrong shade of lipstick and it's jarring to look at. She would look best with a plum shade. Coral red only looks good on warm skin tones. 

I agree with crocobaura entirely. Mostly I just want a set of traits to guide you. Looks will only get you so far after all.
