I found a couple of bug reports on AHQ for similar issues. They dont seem to match yours exactly though, so perhaps you need to make your own. Neither of the reports are very descriptive to the actual problem and very messy; so I think to really communicate what the issue is you need to be very detailed when posting, and add your picture as well.

Don't make one before you have gone through the others to see if they match, so as to not create unnecessary work for the ones managing the bug forum; which essentially is just one person.
