Why does everyone hate city living?

I like it. I've only played two or three apartments/penthouse in it so far. I had to get use to the fact that S4 is what it is and content here on out is to add to it. It is a way to experience an apartment life and that is new. I never played S2 apartments, so I don't know what that was like. It would've been incredible to make your own hotels and run them. The favs. for me is the box on the side walk, ability to have yardsales/sale paintings on the sidewalk ect., and the snow globes. I'm sure some of the content/CAS is great, but I'm not good at remembering what content is in each pack. I haven't had lag that I know of, but I don't have cc or mods either. :)
