For me, it's the apartments. IDC what anyone says, there's not enough space in all the worlds combined. Apartments would have been the solution but of course they locked it. I'm not asking for the ability to build skyscrapers, I just want to build a regular 3-4 story apartment buildings outside of that one small world that they've restricted a few apartments in.
Adding to that, there's not enough space in the new world to build other types of lots. It's a very beautiful world and I wanted more space to build stores, different types of restaurants, etc.
Also, they advertised roommates and that was a complete lie. It was no different than the base game interpretation of "roommates", where you just make them in CAS as part of the household. I thought they would let us have actual NPC roommates to help pay rent, and extend that to having roommates in regular houses to make rent money.
The elevator thing to me is small but another annoying shortcut they took to ship the game out quicker.
I do like that they added new careers and activities, as well as the new world. I don't hate it per se, but felt cheated on a lot of aspects.
