at first, i thought they were pranking me. when i posted about it as a possible bug, rosemow replied that it is a rabbit hole. so just ignore those invites to a concert or circus.

Hahahah.. not only they invite you, but when you arrive a) they are not there or b) they are there, and then leave after you arrive... making any interaction with them impossible as the game keeps deleting them.
