Honestly, I've never bought a more useless expansion. It feels constricting, limiting and is simply frustrating on so many levels. It just doesn't feel like a complete expansion at all. In terms of what it actually gives me, it feels more like a badly done game pack.
From the moment you move to an apartment you feel boxed in, and the festivals and the vendors are all so immersion breaking, to the point that I avoid them if not all the time at least most of the time.
