Why does everyone hate city living?

I've come to the conclusion that while each pack on its own may not be that exciting, it's the synergy of all the packs together that make the difference. I haven't been disappointed with any one pack because it's how it can all be mixed together that allows for creativity. After a few more packs (GPs or EPs) then (in my opinion of course) gameplay will be exponentially expanded.

For example, add City Living + Get Together and I believe one could create a youth art club, with the kids art tables and easels and murals in a city lot set up as an Art Gallery with an urban flair, using the club feature and setting this as their meeting spot.
