Why won't father winter give gifts to toddlers?
I'm just really confused. Of all the sims in the game to not give gifts to, the little ones? Its weird that they can ask for presents and never get one and so they always have terrible holidays!

I find for Father Winter to give presents to the toddlers, the toddler needs to talk to Father Winter a bit, and then they can successfully ask and receive a gift.
