A type of fairies is already in the game - in the Sylvan Glade hidden location. They fly around as small balls of light with a chirpy laughter. On closer inspection one can make out their little etherial silhouettes inside the balls.
I would want werewolves to be a lot more beast-like than they were in TS3. I don't know if we'll ever get them for TS4, but we can hope.
