The one winter activity I'd like to see (and that wasn't in any Sims games, as far as I know) is sled. I'm not really into sports, the winter one including, so things like snowboard or ski are pretty abstract to me, on the personal level at least. Yet, I spent a lot of time on sled as a kid. And I still see many children being pulled on sleds by their parents, as soon as even a little snow appears.
I was just thinking that sleds for all the family would be so awesome! Also, in the summer you could have grass slopes, where the sims drape themselves in blankets and roll down the grassy slope (and they'd get really dizzy) - I used to do that as a kid. :D
