Wish sims 4 was multiplayer

I know sims online exists, and my bf was telling me all about how he played local multiplayer sims 2 on his ps2 and how sims urbz was also local multiplayer and iv been seeing youtube videos on it I dont have sims 4 on my ps4 (have it on my pc) but would totally buy it if it had couch multiplayer like the old games. Tempted to borrow my dads old ps2 and buy sims 2 for it honestly.
It would just be a nice optional feature for sims 4 :( not sure if they had it for sims 3. I know theres now speculation on if sims 5 with have a multiplayer option but it seems unlikely

    Fine as long as you realise there Will be creeps with mods and hacks that will do very bad things to your sim.
    Go for it, but I Will Not!

    Out of curiosity, what would you gain by split screen multiplayer in the Sims? What exactly about that intrigues you? I'm genuinely curious about that.

    Honestly just playing with my little sister or bf. Iv seen sims 2 play co op throughs and seems interesting. I would still mainly play sims on my own

    Basically if you had two people in the house who enjoyed the sims, being able to do it together would be cool. Not sure if I'd want that split screen, maybe a LAN option. I could play on the laptop and my granddaughter could play on the desktop and our sims could interact with each other instead of playing completely different saves.

    I wouldn't. Sims community is so split now, I couldn't think of a worst time to introduce it in especially with the world conditions today.

    That's okay, you don't have to want this. The beautiful thing is that we can want different things and all be Simmers (TM).

    Not for the Sims Online. Thus why they started gambling and brothels in that.

    Well, the Sims community -- not the website, mind you -- is different than gaming at large. Maybe you're right in that I would not make it here. This place is so much more like the mean girls table in junior high. Gaming communities on the whole are more forward and accepting.
