Can't load family

The problem is that I created a family and a plot, and everything was working fine. It's been a while since I last launched the game. When I try to load my family, it doesn't work. Clicking on their plot loads, but after a moment, it returns me to the worlds. My family is gone. To continue playing, it tells me to create a new family. When I do, the same problem occurs. I can't play. I hope the problem is resolved quickly. Best regards.
