Adding new custom modifiers?
Does anyone know where the cas modifiers are defined? I tried making a custom one and it didn't show up, which leads me to believe thatthey are defined somewhere and the game reads from that.

Modifiers are defined in tuning, see Client_CASModifierTuning.tdesc.
