...never mind. I removed every aspiration mod I owned and they are are still gone I'm distraught
I found the problem it was the lifetime aspirations mod by KY-e
ALSO, SnB bills mod.
@Misfitpanda25 All Children's and Teens Aspirations (which means Lifetime Aspirations, though it was already broken, I think) and SNB Bills are broken per Broken/Updated Mods & CC . You might also want to look through that for other mods to remove and update.
