autonomous TV

Hello All Talented Moders!

I wander if someone could give me a hand on this. I noticed that Sims are not watching certain channels autonomously, such as the Culture channel, News, Politics, Public Access, etc. I set the True in the xml files of those channels, but Sims still don't watch those autonomously. What am I missing? Would greatly appreciate a hand on this...
