Baby glitch / Mod issue

Hi guys, My sim Ellie had her first child Alexandria. I aged her up to a toddler and cheat entered CAS. Alex showed up as an infant so I exited out of CAS and she was an infant again. Not only that...

Something similar happened to me a while back. I don't use any mods or cc, so I think that it was just a glitch.
