Blacklist a certain action for active household only - possible?

With MCCC you should be able to tune the specific sim's autonomous behavior with an object (such as the blaster). This should prevent that particular sim from performing the action but not anyone else. Click on a sim and MCCC and activate tuner - then click on the object (the blaster) and MCCC tuning (or something like that). Then you can decide which interactions are autonomous and not for that sim and that object.
