Blue Square Unable to play game

Hey everyone! I posted this same problem earlier but here is a picture of my problem.

Whenever I boot up the game, and click on a played household, not matter what I do, this blue box comes up. It looks like it's trying to place a glitched household, but I can't put it onto a lot and it won't let me resume playing with my previous sims.

This glitch started happening after I downloaded some sims from the gallery. Could it be something to do with that?
