broken game
I have no idea why this is happening, ive checked all my mods and i dont think anything is broken.

boomiree You have broken UI mods. Not all mods are reported here, so if Broken/Updated Mods & CC doesn't resolve the issue for you, see the section in How to Use Mods and CC on how to test your Mods folder.
I'm not an expert, but try removing your mods and deleting your thumbnail cache. Try on a new save and see if it still happens. If so, maybe try repairing your game and then trying again without mods.
Check the broken mods thread here and there's some information there about doing a 50/50 method to figure out which mod is causing your problem.
