NOTE

Avoiding playing vanilla even because of the bug report that the Sims social menu is sometimes missing? There’s a good chance you own City Living and have a Sim who has 5 or higher Singing skill. (Yes, really!) You can use UI Cheats Extension (updated), or open the cheat console and set the skill to a number below 5. If you make that, say, 2, the cheat is this: stats.set_skill_level Major_Singing 2

Similar pie menu issues with instruments, appliances, and mailboxes do not seem to be related to the Singing skill but are also a game bug.
