Initial Hotfix release 2.2.1 for December 4th EA update

Changes from version 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 (Sims Version at time of release was PC Version 1.13.104.1010 / Mac Version 1.13.104.1220)

Implemented initial changes to fix issues caused by differences in the core code after the December 4th EA update. I'm sure more hotfixes will result from this update, but at this point, the game is running with a majority of functionality.

Known Issues that I'm aware of and working on:

MC Dresser isn't working. I've left a message and this looks like a bug in the EA code that they are going to look into. I can't really do anything else on it until something comes from them. (Update from egw, guru responded, it's an ea bug, will be addressed).

Dates sometime abort. I've seen this once, but then other times it works fine. It may apply to other events like parties or marriages as well.
Sims will get-up in the middle of the night and not sleep after Woohooing and will do a "See what is happening" interaction instead. This is a real annoying interaction that was added this update. I'm not sure what the goal with it is. A Sim will wake-up in the middle of the night and get out of bed to do it. I think it may be a new broadcaster, but I'm going to have to investigate more.

No changes to the packages were necessary at this point, so no new language strings or anything. I am only releasing the "All Modules" packages for the hotfixes because it takes a while to package everything and upload everything, etc. I've run through a full Sim week testing to make sure all the alarms work and the population/pregnancy (basic story progression) stuff is working and it all seems to be fine. Now I'll have to start to dig-into the more detailed issues.
