Catalina_45's Call Anytime & Build Relationship Mod (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=585132) still working.
Coolspear1's update for Friendlier Ask To Leave (link here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?p=5163346#post5163346 but SimsAsylum registration required for download) working as well.

That's all I'll have to report -- looks like I'll just be waiting on UI Cheats and MCCC, though I can get by with the former if I can ignore the annoying plus signs.
