It is broken, but not broken. It is broken in the sense it isn't showing up in the new clothing categories, but that can be easily fixed by removing the filter.

A note on CC: It may still function as before but not appear for the new Hot/Cold categories unless you remove the Hot/Cold filter. The Filter can now be set in the updated Sims 4 Studio
