[By Design] Life span duration changed for teen and adult sim

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Italian
How often does the bug occur? every time 
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just create a new adult or teen sim
What happens when the bug occurs? Adult sim on default normal lifespan have now 33 days left before aging to elder, while teens have 21 before young adult. It also affect npc household as tested on Goth family.
What do you expect to see? On normal lifespan adult sim should have 24 days before aging up, while teen should have 14
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now, i'm testing on default vanilla game folder
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Patch 26/07/2022

    @LlamaOMama I'm having issues on normal lifespan. My sim child aged to a teen with 21 days left to age up instead of 14. Every time I load the game, all sims in household reset to the start of their life span.

    @cornflake89 Did you double check your settings ? Did you switch to normal at some point ? It sounds a bit different

    @cornflake89 and you're also not using any mods/cc ? The resetting to beginning is something I've not come across in my testing at all.

    @cornflake89 Could you start a new save game for testing purposes and see if the issue is the same there ?

    @crinrict Started a new game on normal lifespan. I entered the Goth household and teen Cassandra has 21 days til age up.

    @crinrict Still 21 days til age up. The household were at the very start of their lifespans when I first entered the lot.

    @cornflake89 Yes I understand that. It's the wrong length but you said in your initial post that they always start at the beginning of their age every time you load the game. Is that also happening on the new game ?
