Can’t join yoga class

I have been to several different spas with my Sims, and I have repaired the game several times. No matter what happens every time I go to a spa and they say find the instructor to join the class I find the instructor, and there’s never an option to sign up for the class. a yoga instructor also is bugged where they are stuck on the lot and can’t move or take care of them self. You can talk to them, but they themselves can’t fix them self or do anything.
