cant download house without problems

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City living, werewolfs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Downloading a house from the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't see my sims icons or go out of build mode
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to go out of build mode normally and to see my sims icons without them being all juggled up together
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

Hello English is not my first language so I'm sorry if something might sound off. Basically anytime I wanna download a house from the gallery I can't see my sims like icons options example if I tell one to sleep and then click on another sim it has the same icon pop up and then it all randomly disappears and if I enter build mode to change something or add and then go out of the build mode I can't play my sims their icons does not show I can't click on anything and I can't exit the game I need to restart my computer everytime it's pretty annoying I do use mods but I've updated all of them last time I checked help is very much needed ‼️
