Can't re-enable mods

Please, help. After the 10/22/2024 update, I can't re-enable my mods. The "Gameplay" button in the Game Option is greyed out. I already made sure the GameVersion file is the same as the real Game Ver...

Most common cause is your firewall or antivirus blocking the folder.
