CAS and BB custom thumbnails not showing
Hello!
I'm experiencing an issue with custom content (CC) thumbnails in The Sims 4.
As the title suggests, custom thumbnails for CAS (Create a Sim) and Build/Buy (BB) items are not displaying correctly in-game. Instead of showing their custom thumbnails, the game only displays the default item images.
Interestingly, custom thumbnails for floors and walls are working perfectly fine. The issue seems to affect only CAS and BB custom content.
I've already tried several troubleshooting methods, including:
- Reinstalling my mods and custom content.
- Deleting the game's cache files.
- Clearing the EA App cache.
- Restarting my PC.
Unfortunately, none of these solutions have resolved the issue, and it still persists.
I also tried contacting EA Support, but I haven't received a response.
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know whether there's a way to fix it? If this is a game-related bug, I'd appreciate it if the development team could look into it.
